    Many circulars on labor and wages will be abolished from February 15, 2025.

    The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has issued Circular 15/2024/TT-BLDTBXH abolishing documents on labor and wages from February 15, 2025.

    Legal documents on labor and wages will be completely abolished by Circular 15/2024/TT-BLDTBXH including:

    Circular 08/2013/TT-BLDTBXH guiding Decree 46/2013/ND-CP detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Labor Code on labor disputes.

    Circular 30/2013/TT-BLDTBXH guiding the implementation of a number of articles of Decree 44/2013/ND-CP detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Labor Code on labor contracts.

    Circular 19/2014/TT-BLDTBXH guiding the implementation of a number of articles of Decree 27/2014/ND-CP detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Labor Code on domestic workers.

    Circular 27/2014/TT-BLDTBXH guides the state management agency on labor to consult with local organizations representing employees and organizations representing employers in formulating policies and laws on labor and labor relations issues.

    Circular 23/2015/TT-BLDTBXH guides the implementation of a number of provisions on wages of Decree 05/2015/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of contents of the Labor Code.

    Circular 29/2015/TT-BLDTBXH provides guidance on the implementation of a number of articles on collective bargaining, collective labor agreements and labor dispute resolution stipulated in Decree 05/2015/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of contents of the Labor Code.

    Circular 35/2016/TT-BLDTBXH guiding the implementation of policies for employees when converting public service units into joint stock companies according to Decision 22/2015/QD-TTg.

    Circular 17/2018/TT-BLDTBXH on self-inspection of enterprises' implementation of labor laws.

    Circular 20/2018/TT-BLDTBXH guides the coordination mechanism in conducting specialized inspections of labor, safety and occupational hygiene at night and outside of working hours.

    Decision 01/2006/QD-BLDTBXH dated February 16, 2006 promulgating regulations on state labor inspection activities under the method of regional inspectors.
