In which, the monthly salary of cadres, civil servants and public employees when retiring before the age according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP is mentioned as follows:
Current monthly salary is the salary of the month immediately preceding the leave of absence, including: Salary according to grade, rank, position, title, professional title or salary according to agreement stated in the labor contract and salary allowances.
Including: Leadership position allowance; seniority allowance beyond the framework; seniority allowance; preferential allowance by profession; responsibility allowance by profession; public service allowance; allowance for party work, political and social organizations; special allowance for armed forces.
Thus, the monthly salary of cadres, civil servants and public employees when retiring before the age according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP is the salary of the month immediately before leaving work, including the following amounts:
Salary level according to rank, level, position, title, professional title or salary level according to agreement stated in labor contract and salary allowances, including: leadership position allowance; seniority allowance beyond the framework;
