The conference announced the Decisions to dissolve and terminate the activities of the Provincial Executive Committee, the Provincial Civil Servants' Union Inspection Committee, the Education Trade Union, the Provincial Health Trade Union; the Decision to merge the Propaganda - Women's Work Committee and the CSPL and QHLD into the Professional Committee; the Decision to establish the Provincial Party Trade Union consists of 21 grassroots trade unions with 654 union members; the Decision to establish the Provincial Government Trade Union consists of 61 grassroots trade unions with 5,457 union members.
After the arrangement, the Vinh Phuc Provincial Federation of Labor reduced from 5 committees to 4 committees, reducing 1 union unit directly above the grassroots level.
Speaking at the conference, Chairwoman of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Federation of Labor Trinh Thi Thoa emphasized that implementing the work of arranging and organizing the apparatus is a "revolution" to strongly innovate the operations and management mechanisms of the Trade Union organization in the new situation.
After being urgently arranged, cadres of departments, offices and units will be stabilized, put into effective operation, uphold responsibility, proactively research, innovate, and complete assigned tasks well, contributing to building an increasingly strong trade union organization.
