In 2024, the Trade Union of Vinh Phuc Industrial Parks directed and guided grassroots Trade Unions to promote propaganda, dissemination, and implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws to 100% of union members and workers; perform well the tasks of caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; sign a cooperation agreement on the program "Welfare of union members and workers" with 4 enterprises; visit and provide emergency support to 38 union members with serious illnesses.
Grassroots trade unions proactively coordinated with businesses to allocate 45 billion VND to organize activities to care for the spiritual life, give gifts, and support more than 67,000 union members and workers.
The work of developing and consolidating the quality of the Trade Union organization has achieved positive results. 39 new grassroots Trade Unions were established, reaching 108%; more than 10,700 union members were developed, reaching 104%; 169 outstanding union members were introduced to the Party, reaching 153%...
The movements "Good workers - Creative workers", "Technical innovation initiatives"... attracted a large number of union members and workers to respond and participate with more than 1,000 solutions and initiatives applied by businesses, estimated to bring in more than 70 billion VND in benefits.
In 2025, Trade Unions at all levels will focus on performing well the task of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers, especially in terms of salary, bonus, social insurance, and welfare regimes; strengthening propaganda for the establishment of grassroots Trade Unions in enterprises without a Trade Union organization; promoting patriotic emulation movements among workers and laborers, with the core being the movement "Good workers - Creative workers"...
At the conference, 18 individuals were awarded the Medal "For the cause of building the Trade Union organization"; 2 collectives received the Emulation Flag of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 5 collectives received the Emulation Flag of the Provincial Labor Federation; 14 collectives and 85 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Provincial Labor Federation.
