On January 11, information from Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee said that this agency has just issued a decision approving the results of determining the Satisfaction Index of organizations and individuals for the service of state administrative agencies in Khanh Hoa province in 2025 (SIPAS).
In the sector of departments and agencies directly under the Provincial People's Committee, SIPAS averaged 85.08% in 2025. Among the 12 units eligible for evaluation, 8 units achieved a satisfaction index of over 90%.
Khanh Hoa Department of Justice is the leading unit in this block with 94.99%, reflecting the positive assessment of people and organizations for the quality of administrative procedure resolution and service attitude.
Khanh Hoa Department of Finance is the last unit, with the SIPAS index reaching 84.91%, of which the service access criterion only reached 82.62%, the remaining 4 criteria are all the lowest among 12 units.
Notably, among the 5 SIPAS evaluation criteria, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has the lowest service access index of 73.72%; the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is the unit with the highest service performance index of civil servants and public employees of 99.02%.
For vertical sectoral agencies, SIPAS averaged 86.46%. In which, Khanh Hoa Provincial Police is the unit with the highest satisfaction index, reaching 87.33%, showing efforts to improve administrative procedures, strengthen service to people and businesses in areas related to security and order, and administrative management.
Regarding the criteria for administrative procedures, Khanh Hoa Provincial Social Insurance only reached 83.70%, the lowest among the 3 agencies assessed.
In the commune and ward-level People's Committees, the evaluation results showed a uniform improvement between localities. The average SIPAS of this block reached 89.18%.
Out of a total of 64 communes and wards surveyed, 33 localities achieved a satisfaction index of over 90%, the remaining localities all achieved over 82%, showing effectiveness in receiving citizens, resolving dossiers and service spirit.
Cam Linh Ward People's Committee is the leading unit with SIPAS 94.77%, the lowest is Bao An Ward People's Committee 82.67%.
The SIPAS results in 2025 reflect the increasing satisfaction of people and organizations with the service of state administrative agencies in Khanh Hoa province.
This is also an important basis for agencies and units to continue to rectify the remaining limitations, improve service quality and promote administrative reform in the coming time.
