    In recent times, units have actively implemented emulation movements launched by the Vietnam Health Trade Union and achieved many practical results.

    According to the Vietnam Health Trade Union, typical examples in the "Good workers, creative workers" movement include: The Hue Central Hospital Trade Union is a pioneer in scientific research, applying new techniques to medical examination and treatment, many technical innovation initiatives have been implemented, contributing to improving treatment quality, and have been commended by the Ministry of Health and the Vietnam Health Trade Union.

    In addition, the Bach Mai Hospital Trade Union stands out with dozens of technical innovation initiatives, many scientific research projects with highapplicability, especially in the field of emergency care and intensive care; many collectives and individuals were awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the General Confederation.

    The Hanoi University of Pharmacy Trade Union actively linked the movement with international training, scientific research and cooperation; many topics won awards at the State and international levels; for many consecutive years, received the Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Health and the Vietnam Health Trade Union.

    In addition, the units also organize many exciting movement activities, associated with the characteristics of the industry such as: "voluntary Blood Donation" Movement, sports festivals, and sports competitions, contributing to improving health, solidarity and spreading the beautiful image of the medical staff.

    The Thai Nguyen Central Hospital Trade Union organized a Recycled Fashion Design and Performance Contest with the theme "Green - Clean - Beautiful Hospital", creating a positive effect in raising awareness of environmental protection.

    The Hanoi Medical University Trade Union organizes the "For a Green - Clean - Beautiful Environment" Festival, attracting a large number of staff, lecturers and students to participate, building a civilized and friendly pedagogical landscape.

    The Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Central Hospital 71 organized the Award Ceremony of the online contest "Central Hospital 71 Health Care Providers Change Service attitude towards patient satisfaction", contributing to spreading the spirit of style innovation and improving service attitude of health care providers.

    In the period of 20202024, 9 emulation blocks have simultaneously organized Sports Festivals with many rich and practical competitions, contributing to improving spiritual life, improving health and strengthening solidarity among union members and workers.
