Through the contest, the Organizing Committee can evaluate the qualifications, capacity, skills, and practical operating methods of grassroots trade union officials, thereby developing appropriate training and fostering plans. , meeting the mission requirements of the Trade Union during the period of promoting industrialization, modernization of the country and international integration.
At the same time, it is an opportunity for grassroots trade union officials to have the opportunity to exchange and learn from each other's experiences, contributing to consolidating and building an increasingly strong trade union organization.
The contest involving good grassroots trade union officials consists of 3 parts, part 1 is an introductory video clip with a maximum duration of 5 minutes, scored by the Jury Council on August 1.
At the contest, teams continued with part 2 of the general knowledge test, answering 20 multiple-choice questions on the computer arranged by the Organizing Committee in a maximum of 5 minutes. Part 3 is the talent contest, each performance lasts no more than 7 minutes.
After a period of exciting competition with many unique performances, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to Nghi Kim commune; Second prize for Quang Trung ward, Dong Vinh ward, Nghi Phu commune; Third prize for Hong Son ward, Cua Nam ward, Hung Dung ward, Ha Huy Tap ward, Hung Dong commune; Consolation prizes for the remaining 12 teams.
