Khanh Hoa currently has 51,663 female union members, of which the proportion of female union members who are key officials in units and localities is 15%. The whole province has established 1,269 mass women's committees, contributing to promoting the role of female union members in units and enterprises.
According to the leader of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, to celebrate International Women's Day on March 8, from the end of February 2025, the Provincial Federation of Labor has directed all levels of trade unions to launch and encourage female union members and workers to wear Ao Dai during the working day in accordance with the characteristics of the profession from January 1 to March 8.
At the same time, choose forms to honor the beauty of Ao Dai and organize activities to celebrate International Women's Day at the grassroots level, creating a joyful, exciting and practical atmosphere.
Up to now, most trade unions at all levels have implemented the Ao Dai Week response and have received a lot of support from women. In addition, many activities to care for and create a cultural, artistic and recreational playground for female workers were organized.
At Khanh Viet Corporation's Trade Union, the Women's Union launched the program "Giving Ao Dai - Giving Love - Preserving Traditional Beauty" to 14 grassroots trade unions since the beginning of March.
Thereby, calling on union members and workers to support unused and valuable ao dai for women who have few opportunities or are not eligible to buy new ao dai.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Phuong - Head of the Women's Union of Khanh Viet Corporation, as of March 5, the Women's Union had received 503 sets of Ao Dai and 65 Ao Dai from union members as gifts.
All of the above Ao Dai were handed over by the Company's Trade Union to representatives of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Women's Union, to be delivered to female workers in difficulty to spread the beauty of Vietnamese women, preserve the Ao Dai culture and honor the value of the national Ao Dai.

In particular, with the desire to improve the health of female workers, the Union organizes the Zoom program "Supporting the health of the neck, shoulders and spine", to guide knowledge and practice on health care for the neck, shoulders and spine to all union members.
