At the exhibition area of the Vietnam Agricultural and Environment Trade Union, there are 3 typical models, topics, and products of workers in the industry.
These are the high-tech marine farming model using HDPE materials and developing the value chain of seaweed of STP Group Joint Stock Company; The topic proposed to award the Creative Labor Certificate: "Evaluation of hereditary potential and transformation, development of Nam Dinh lotus variety" by author Nguyen Viet Ha - Center for technology transfer and agricultural promotion - Vietnam Institute of Agricultural Sciences; The products on display include ST 25 rice, high-quality ecological rice, vegetable straw, Phin Ho tea, Shan Tuyet tea, organic mushrooms.
Union members and workers in the Agriculture and Environment sector in general, union members and workers of STP Group Joint Stock Company in particular were very touched by the attention of the Party, State leaders, and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for the initiatives and creativity on display.
At the 2025 Creative Labor Festival, STP brought a marine farming model - one of the outstanding technological solutions with a sustainable HDPE cage system - weatherproof at level 12, with a lifespan of 50 years; a multi-layered seaweed - oyster - fish farming model - optimizing marine space, reducing ecological pressure. Smart marine farming technology - integrated with AI cameras, GPS positioning, automatic feeding systems, environmental sensors (pH, temperature, oxygen...).
The special thing is that STP is determined to place ESG as a pillar in every development strategy, from technological innovation, building green infrastructure to sustainable marine farming models, while aiming to reduce environmental impact, enhance community value and create a Vietnamese marine value chain that is competitive in the global market.
At the 2025 Creative Labor Festival, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Binh - General Director of STP Group Joint Stock Company - introduced the multi-layered, high-tech marine farming model to Mr. Tran Cam Tu - Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee on science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation and Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Ms. Binh shared that in the context of the country's strong implementation of Resolutions 57 and 61 of the Central Committee on innovation, the attention of Party, State and Trade Union leaders for the marine farming model of STP has great encouraging significance. Ms. Binh also expressed her wish to have more activities such as the 2025 Creative Labor Festival so that each union member and employee can be motivated to contribute their intelligence.
