The 2025 Creative Labor Festival at the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has 45 booths, including 15 special booths. There are 3 outstanding events, including: Exhibition "Creative Journey - Aspiration to Rise Up", Forum "Promoting the Creative Potential of Workers" and the "Enterprise for Workers 2025" Award Ceremony.
At the exhibition area of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union, visitors can see a miniature landscape of the closed stages of textiles such as cotton, fiber, fiber, weaving, dyeing, sewing. There is also an idea tree with stars, each star is an initiative of a textile and garment worker, including information about the initiative and QR code to watch the video.
The Petrovietnam Trade Union exhibition area offers visitors the model of the self- propelled borer of Tam Ha 05 and the offshore wind power model. Of which, the Tam Dao 05 self-angering drilling rig was awarded the 5th Ho Chi Minh Prize on January 15, 2017. This is a modern self- lifting drilling rig designed and manufactured by Vietnamese engineers and workers, putting Vietnam in the group of few countries that master this technology.
The offshore wind power model is also an attraction in the exhibition area of Petrovietnam Trade Union. Offshore wind power is a clear demonstration of the transformation of the Vietnam Oil and Gas industry (now the Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group) in the new energy sector, opening an era of green and sustainable development. Providing a stable and long-term power source, reducing the cost of importing fossil fuels. Attracting billions of USD in investment, forming a domestic supply chain of services - equipment - technology...
Coming to the 2025 Creative Labor Festival, Vietnam Agricultural and Environment Trade Union, viewers can "admire" the high-tech marine farming model using HDPE materials and developing the value chain of cartilage seaweed; introduced to ST25 rice, high-quality ecological rice, vegetable straws, Pho Phin tea, tuyue Shan tea, organic mushrooms... These are typical products of workers in the Agriculture and Environment sector.
Each unit brings to the 2025 Creative Labor Festival what is most outstanding about the intelligence and creativity of union members and workers in their industry. All work together to honor the intelligence and creativity of Vietnamese union members and workers in contributing to the development of the country, while promoting the role of the emulation movement of Good Workers and Creative Workers at new heights, associated with green transformation, bringing the country firmly into a new era.
Present since early morning, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Dai, Vice Principal of Ha Tinh College of Technology, visited the exhibition area of his friend's units. Mr. Dai said that Truong's products participated in the exhibition area of the Ha Tinh Labor Federation were vocational training equipment.
According to Mr. Dai, the products displayed at the Festival are all highly creative.
For Mr. Dai, the Festival gives him valuable experiences to apply at the unit to have products to meet the training needs of local businesses.
The 2025 Creative Labor Festival is an activity held on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Also within the framework of the 2025 Creative Labor Festival, the "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" Award event will take place. This is a prestigious socio-political event chaired by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, in coordination with the State Management Agency of Labor (now the Ministry of Home Affairs) and the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), assigned to Lao Dong Newspaper to organize continuously from 2014 to present.
The program ranks and honors enterprises that have made continuous efforts to improve the working environment, care for the interests and improve the lives of workers, build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations, towards sustainable development in the process of integration and development. The program includes an annual Ranking and an Award, held every 5 years.
Over 11 years of organization, the Program has ranked 578 enterprises, awarded Certificates of Merit from the Program's organizing agencies to 236 enterprises, 20 enterprises received Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister. These are enterprises that always consider employees as their most valuable capital, have good, creative ways of doing things, and are constantly for employees.
In 2025, the Program Regulations will have changes, strongly focusing on private enterprises, enterprises focusing on innovation in the spirit of Resolution 57 on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation and Resolution 68 on private economic development.
