With the "Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space", union members and workers will have a deeper understanding of the life, career and spirit of President Ho Chi Minh so that each person can promote the spirit of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example in the most practical way. This is one of the effective ways to propagate and educate union members and workers.
The establishment of the "Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space" has been directed by the Capital Trade Union at some units, but there have not been many cases of combining the launch and implementation of the Workers' Cultural Activity Point and the "Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space" at a 100% foreign-owned enterprise. The reality at Lixil Vietnam Co., Ltd. shows that the combination of the two cultural models at the enterprise demonstrates the coordination between the trade union at all levels and the employer in caring for the lives of workers, thereby contributing to increasing productivity and production and business efficiency.
