Continuously improving income and benefits
For many years, Quang Tri Trading Corporation Joint Stock Company has always put employees at the center of its development strategy. Although operating in many fields from production, trade to tourism - services, the enterprise still maintains a high average income of employees, last year reaching 13 million VND/person/month, an increase of 12% compared to the previous year.
In addition to building a transparent salary scale and table, the company also applies many allowances such as responsibility, seniority, toxicity, expertise, shiftwork, fuel... Quarterly, annual bonuses, initiative bonuses and special awards are implemented publicly, democratically, and under the supervision of the union. In the first 6 months of 2025 alone, nearly 15 billion VND in bonuses were paid to the collective of employees.
Mr. Le Duc Tuan, an employee of Huong Hoa Cassava Starch Factory (under Quang Tri Trading Corporation Joint Stock Company) has been with the company for more than 20 years. Here, he has had many important initiatives, contributing to improving the production and business efficiency of the factory. The motivation for him to continuously strive in work and research to have initiatives is thanks to the company's recognition of encouragement and motivation.

Not only taking care of income, the company also invests heavily in welfare: Dining rooms, dormitories, sports areas at factories and resorts; organizing domestic and foreign tours every year; periodic health check-ups, occupational safety training; establishing a "Overcoming difficulties" fund to lend at 0% interest rate and a "Tam Long Sepon" fund to provide timely support when union members and employees encounter difficulties.
Creating a safe and cohesive working environment
Mr. Ho Xuan Hieu - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Quang Tri Trading Corporation Joint Stock Company said that the unit currently has more than 500 employees and maintains a rate of 100% of employees being able to sign official contracts and participate in all types of insurance. The system of rules and Collective Labor Agreements is built transparently, with many provisions that are more beneficial than the law. Standard working hours are 8 hours/day, 5 days/week; overtime is not more than 300 hours/year and is always agreed upon.
The working environment is focused on investment: Installing air conditioners, ventilation, lighting, vacuuming, planting trees; arrange rest between shifts and a clean dining area. Environmental monitoring and occupational disease examination, especially for female workers and those in arduous positions, are carried out periodically. 100% of employees are equipped with protective equipment suitable for their work.
The sports - cultural movement took place enthusiastically with volleyball tournaments, badminton, art festivals, women's clubs... creating an atmosphere of solidarity and cohesion. Activities to care for workers' children such as the Mid-Autumn Festival, giving bonuses to excellent students... are maintained annually.
With the motto "No one is left behind", the company not only cares for employees but also actively participates in social security work. The "Give Children" Fund chaired by the company has adopted 103 orphans until the age of 18; the " caring Clothes closet" has donated more than 300,000 sets of clothes to people in mountainous areas; every year visited Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, gave Tet gifts to disadvantaged families, and supported people affected by natural disasters.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company organized testing, equipped protective gear, maintained "3 on-site" production and supported employees to stabilize their lives.
