On the afternoon of May 8, a training program for part-time lecturers of the Trade Union in 2025 took place in Da Nang. The program was attended by Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
At the conference, 160 delegates who are provincial union officials, central industry unions and grassroots unions listened to Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu guide and explain a number of issues on pedagogical skills.
The training program aims to improve the capacity and teaching skills of the team of lecturers who concurrently hold the position of Trade Union, meeting the increasingly high requirements of Trade Union activities in the new period. The training content focuses on important topics such as lecturer planning, professional knowledge, communication skills, classroom management, time management skills, problem-solving skills, etc.
The training program for lecturers who are part-time union members in 2025 is very important, helping union leaders and officials grasp pedagogical skills more deeply. From there, applying smoothly in the teaching process, helping to convey vivid, attractive, and complete knowledge, meeting the requirements of learners.
