The grassroots trade union of Viet Thang Handbag Garment Co., Ltd. has 35 union members participating in activities. According to the announced decision, Ms. Ngo Thi Xuan was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots trade union of Viet Thang Handbag Garment Co., Ltd. for the term 2026-2030.
Attending the ceremony were Ms. Pham Thi Quyen - Standing Vice President of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation; Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Suong - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Khanh commune; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Toan - Chairman of the Trade Union of Hoa Khanh commune, along with representatives of businesses and workers.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Pham Thi Quyen acknowledged the concern and coordination of businesses in the process of establishing trade union organizations. At the same time, she emphasized that grassroots trade unions will be a bridge between workers and employers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations, creating motivation for businesses to develop sustainably.
On the occasion of Workers' Month 2026, Task Force No. 9 and the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation presented many gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances. The activity aims to encourage morale and support workers to feel secure in their work and be attached to businesses and trade union organizations for a long time.
The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Viet Thang Handbag Garment Co., Ltd. continues to expand the network of trade union organizations in the non-state enterprise sector in Tay Ninh province. This is also the basis for strengthening the work of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, contributing to building an increasingly strong Vietnam Trade Union organization.
