On January 14, the Trade Union of Freewell Co., Ltd. (Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park, Dong Phu commune, Dong Nai province) said that it is implementing the plan to organize the Tet reunion - Spring of gratitude to the Party 2026 program.
According to Mr. Le Mong Hoang - Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union (CDCS) of Freewell Co., Ltd., the program will take place from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM on January 25 at the FVA workshop - Freewell Co., Ltd.

At the same time, watching lion - monkey - dragon performances bustling with the Tet atmosphere. This is also an space for workers to interact and reunite warmly before the New Year.
In addition, workers participate in the spring lucky draw program with many attractive gifts such as motorbikes, water filters, rice cookers...
Notably, at the program, the organizing committee will give gifts to workers in difficult circumstances. "This is one of the activities to care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers during the 2026 Lunar New Year. At the program, the Trade Union of Freewell Co., Ltd. will give 20 gifts (each gift worth 1 million VND in cash and gifts worth 500,000 VND) and the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation will give 706 gifts (each gift worth 1 million VND) to union members and workers in difficult circumstances" - Mr. Le Mong Hoang said.
According to records, Freewell Co., Ltd. is one of the enterprises with the most workers in Binh Phuoc province in the past. Recently, the enterprise announced Tet bonuses for employees. This year, the Tet bonus level is calculated based on the seniority of employees. Most employees are rewarded from 1-1.8 months of basic salary, in cases of long-term attachment, they are rewarded 3 months of basic salary.
Businesses also officially increase the basic salary for employees, compared to before, the salary level is adjusted to increase by 320,000 VND/month.
