Mr. Ho Xuan Truong - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee has just visited, wished Tet and presented gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances at two enterprises with many workers in the North Khanh Hoa area (afternoon of February 4).
At HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (HVS), at the time of Tet, there are still more than 5,000 workers accelerating production to complete orders for 2026.
According to Mr. Le Van Toan, Chairman of the Trade Union of HVS Company, in 2025, the enterprise maintained stable production, revenue reached 691 million USD; jobs and income of employees were guaranteed, averaging nearly 14 million VND/person/month.
Grassroots trade unions promote the role of representing and protecting workers' rights well. In which, negotiate to increase basic salaries by 10% from 2026, reward achievements of 25 million VND/person; and at the same time organize many activities to care for union members with a total budget of nearly 5 billion VND.
On the occasion of Binh Ngo Tet 2026, the company allocated more than 15 billion VND to give Tet gifts and bonuses of 3 million VND/person to all employees; about 500 employees continue to work throughout Tet to ensure production progress.
Highly appreciating the efforts of businesses in ensuring jobs, income and welfare for workers, Mr. Ho Xuan Truong affirmed that the province always creates favorable conditions for businesses to develop in harmony with interests, especially in the shipbuilding industry - a sector that plays an important role in Khanh Hoa's marine economy.
At AGRIS Ninh Hoa Import-Export Joint Stock Company, Standing Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Ho Xuan Truong presented 20 Tet gifts (1 million VND each) to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
The enterprise currently has about 500 employees, the average salary in 2025 reaches 13 million VND/person/month; Tet bonus of 2 months' salary for excellent workers and 1.5 months' salary for good workers.
On the occasion of the New Year, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Ho Xuan Truong sent congratulations to leaders, officials, union members and workers.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee also requested businesses and trade unions at all levels to continue to pay attention to caring for the material and spiritual lives of workers, building a safe, harmonious, and stable working environment so that workers can feel secure in their commitment and dedication.
On the same day, Mr. Ho Xuan Truong visited and wished Tet to the Provincial Social Protection and Social Work Center (facility 2) and Anh Dao Shelter. Both facilities are caring for 66 subjects who are orphans, lonely elderly people and people with disabilities.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged the spirit of responsibility and dedication of the team of officials and employees and presented Tet gifts, rice, and warm clothes to the establishments.
On this occasion, HUD Nha Trang Housing and Urban Development Joint Stock Company also presented cash support to 2 facilities, contributing to better care for vulnerable groups.
