On February 5th, functional forces of Dong Hung Thuan ward are still coordinating with relevant units to investigate the cause of the fire on To Ky street.
Initial information, at about 1 am on the same day, smoke and fire suddenly broke out from a one-story, one-story house located in an alley on To Ky street, Dong Hung Thuan ward.
Discovering the fire, people around quickly ran to rescue, pulled water hoses and broke doors to find a way to save people. However, on-site rescue efforts failed because the area in front of the house was overwhelmed by the fire.
Upon receiving the news, professional firefighters arrived and extinguished the fire after about 30 minutes. When entering inside to check, functional forces discovered a woman and two children dead. According to local people, the three victims were mother and child, living in the above house.
Currently, functional agencies are cordoning off and examining the scene to clarify the cause of the fire.
