On February 4, a working delegation of the Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) led by Ms. Lau Thi Thanh Huong - Vice President of the Provincial LĐLĐ visited and presented gifts to workers working at the construction site of Thanh Nua Commune Inter-level Boarding Primary and Secondary School.
Here, leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation presented 140 banh chung cakes to workers and laborers who are directly constructing.
Speaking at the visit, Ms. Lau Thi Thanh Huong emphasized: "The banh chung cakes are from the joint efforts and contributions of union members and grassroots trade unions. Hopefully, the gift will add motivation for workers to strive to complete the project progress.

Thanh Nua Inter-level School has a total investment of 224.4 billion VND, built on an area of nearly 5.4 hectares, with a scale to accommodate 1,050 students.
The project is a synchronous and modern architectural complex, including: 30 cultural classrooms; 13 subject classrooms; 99 dormitory rooms for students, 15 office rooms for teachers; dining hall, kitchen, administrative area, sports area, technical infrastructure system, fire prevention and fighting and all newly invested equipment.
Also on the morning of February 4, the working delegation visited and presented gifts at SOS Children's Village Dien Bien Phu. Here, Ms. Lau Thi Thanh Huong presented 100 Chung cakes and a gift worth 2 million VND to representatives of the Children's Village.

SOS Children's Village Dien Bien Phu, the children are mainly orphans, children in particularly difficult circumstances, without shelter in the province.
All of the above Chung cakes were personally wrapped and boiled by officials and union members from grassroots trade unions directly under the Provincial Labor Federation from the "Tet Reunion - Spring Gratitude to the Party" program in 2026 organized by the Provincial Labor Federation on February 2nd.
According to a quick report from the Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation, during the Binh Ngo Tet holiday, care was taken for over 3,000 turns of union members and workers, with an amount of nearly 10 billion VND.
