According to the Hanoi Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (DOLISA), in January 2025, the city created jobs for 19,364 workers, an increase of 24.8% over the same period in 2024. For private enterprises, the average salary in 2024 is 7.3 million VND/person/month; the highest salary is 59 million VND/person/month; the lowest salary is 5 million VND/person/month.
The average salary of FDI enterprises in 2024 is 7.9 million VND/person/month; the highest salary is 147 million VND/person/month; the lowest salary is 4.96 million VND/person/month.
