In particular, he emphasized the decrees and documents of the Politburo and the Secretariat that have been issued to perfect the institution on the organization of the State administrative agency apparatus, with the goal of "streamlining, compactness, strength, efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency".
According to the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, the conference aimed to help delegates understand the current problems of restructuring and streamlining the apparatus. From there, trade union officials will promote propaganda activities on policies, purposes, requirements, and tasks of streamlining the organization of the political system in the new situation.
