The exhibition is organized on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2026), the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2026), the 81st anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Public Security Forces (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2026) and the 21st anniversary of the All People's Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2026).
The exhibition arranges to display 2 key themes. With the theme "Independent Autumn - Strong Aspiration", the exhibition introduces more than 150 images, valuable documents, excerpts, and statistics vividly recreating the arduous but extremely magnificent struggle journey of the nation; and at the same time highlights breakthrough achievements in economy, culture, society, national defense - security of the country and Hai Phong city in the renovation period. Thereby, affirming the position, stature and determination of the Party Committee, government, army and people of the city to successfully implement the theme of 2026: "Proactive implementation, promoting motivation, breakthrough growth".
Part II of the Exhibition with the theme "Proud of tradition - Firmly taking the lead" focused on depicting 81 years of the heroic historical journey of Hai Phong City Police. With 45 large-format artistic and documentary photos printed on modern Lami material, documentary film "Hai Phong Police - Forever Shining Heroic History", and a practical experience space of AI traffic camera technology and modern equipment and support tools for fire prevention and fighting and rescue... This space affirms the strong, elite transformation, straight to modernization of Hai Phong Police force in organizing and performing tasks to protect security and order, and traffic safety.
According to the organization plan, at the Exhibition House - Center for Culture, Cinema and Exhibition (No. 1 Nguyen Duc Canh, Hong Bang ward, Hai Phong), the exhibition will be held in two phases: Phase 1 from August 19-23; phase 2 from August 28 to September 4. The exhibition will also be held simultaneously at the Eastern Culture Center (Ton Duc Thang street, Le Thanh Nghi ward) from August 19 to the end of September 3.
