The Quang Ngai Provincial Federation of Labor (PFF) said it has just held a ceremony to admit union members and establish a grassroots union (CDCS) of Hoa Phat Special Steel and Ray Joint Stock Company.
The grassroots union of Hoa Phat Dung Quat Special Railway and Steel Joint Stock Company has 69 union members. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Anh holds the position of Chairman of the Company's Trade Union.
On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor presented gifts to 5 union members of the Trade Union of Hoa Phat Special Steel Joint Stock Company in difficult circumstances.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dinh Quoc Tuan - Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor congratulated the organization of the Trade Union of Hoa Phat Dung Quat Special Steel and Railway Joint Stock Company, and at the same time suggested a few contents and tasks for the Trade Union Executive Committee to implement, contributing to building a strong company trade union organization.
That is, developing the operating regulations and the full-term work program of the Executive Committee, concretizing them into specific tasks; managing union members well and maintaining the activities of the Executive Committee periodically to ensure.
Implement dialogue, negotiation, and building collective labor agreements well so that employees are excited, confident, and feel secure in sticking with the company for a long time. Timely encouragement and visits to union members in difficult circumstances create spiritual motivation for workers.
Launch the emulation movement "Good workers, Creative workers" among union members to welcome the 1st Quang Ngai Provincial Trade Union Congress. Proactively grasp the ideological and life situation of union members, especially during the year-end holidays; encourage workers to feel secure, actively compete in production and labor, unite in activities with the motto "Enterprises are home, colleagues are brothers".
