News from the Hoi An Tay Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City on December 20 said: The Hoi An Tay Ward Trade Union held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish and launch the Executive Committee of 5 newly established grassroots Trade Unions.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Le Van Dai, Permanent Vice President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, and representatives of leaders of units, companies, and enterprises in the area.
The newly established grassroots trade unions include: Minh Thao Tourism Service Joint Stock Company; Hoi An DMC Tourism Company Limited; HG Investment Joint Stock Company in Quang Nam - Namia Rever Retreat; The Alcove Library Hotel Company Limited; LLumar Vietnam Joint Stock Company.
The total number of workers admitted to the trade union this time is 535 union members, demonstrating the strong development of the trade union movement in enterprises in Hoi An Tay area.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Van Dai, Permanent Vice President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, congratulated the newly established grassroots unions and welcomed the joining of 535 new union members.
He highly appreciated the strong development of trade unions in the Hoi An Tay area and affirmed the important role of trade unions in protecting workers' rights and contributing to the sustainable development of enterprises.
