On August 22, Tuy Phuoc Commune Trade Union (Gia Lai) announced the decision to establish a grassroots Trade Union of MINHO FASHION Co., Ltd., admitting 63 workers to the Trade Union organization.
Representatives of Tuy Phuoc Commune Trade Union also announced decisions recognizing the Executive Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman and Inspection Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of MINHO FASHION Co., Ltd.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Lieu - Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union of MINHO FASHION Co., Ltd. - said that she will unite with the Executive Committee to strive to perform well the functions and tasks of the Trade Union organization, becoming a reliable support for union members and employees at the enterprise.
Mr. Doan Thanh Binh - Chairman of Tuy Phuoc Commune Trade Union - emphasized that the establishment of grassroots trade unions is of great significance, creating a bridge between workers and businesses.
Mr. Binh requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of MINHO FASHION Co., Ltd. to quickly stabilize the organization, build regulations to coordinate with business leaders; proactively perform well the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
At the same time, grassroots trade unions need to promote emulation movements for good labor and creative labor, contributing to building harmonious labor relations and sustainable development with businesses.
