On August 12, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) announced that it had just held a conference to announce the decision to establish Cua Lo Ward Trade Union.
The conference was attended by Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh An - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Cua Lo Ward Party Committee; Mr. Cao Minh Tu - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Cua Lo Ward People's Committee and representatives of grassroots trade unions in the area.
At the conference, the Provincial Federation of Labor announced the decision to establish the Cua Lo Ward Trade Union; appointed the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman and the Ward Trade Union Inspection Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Mr. Hoang Van Hop - an expert of the Ward Party Construction Board - was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Ward Trade Union.
The Provincial Federation of Labor also transferred 29 grassroots unions with 1,569 union members to the Cua Lo Ward Union for management, direction and guidance of activities.
