On August 12, the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation held the 1st Conference after merging and establishing the Provincial Trade Union.
Here, members of the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation for the 2023-2028 term discussed and decided on many important contents and activities of the new provincial Labor Union.
Specifically, the conference discussed the working regulations of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and the plan to assign tasks to members of the Provincial Federation of Labor Executive Committee. The conference also discussed the inspection and supervision work program of the Standing Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor in the last months of 2025.
In particular, this conference discussed and agreed on the key work program of the Provincial Trade Union for the last 6 months of 2025.
Accordingly, the unit focused on reviewing and perfecting the team of union officials at all levels; instructing grassroots unions to soon stabilize after transfer to the Provincial Labor Federation for direct management such as: registering seals, opening accounts, amending and promulgating operating regulations...
At the same time, Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor will develop a plan to direct grassroots trade union congresses and organize the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, to be completed in 2025.
An important content approved at this conference is to launch patriotic emulation movements in trade unions at all levels to welcome Party congresses and trade union congresses at all levels. At the same time, the unit promoted the work of surveying, developing union members, building a strong union organization...
Speaking at this conference, Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang - Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation affirmed that these are important contents, orienting the activities of the Provincial Trade Union in the coming time.
"We are focusing on the grassroots, perfecting and developing the grassroots trade union organization; thereby implementing the task of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests and taking better care of union members and workers", Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang emphasized.
