The establishment of grassroots trade unions is an important milestone, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Tran Thi Hong Thai congratulated the grassroots trade union and the executive committee, and at the same time requested the unit to perform well the functions and tasks of the trade union organization; strengthen coordination with business leaders to implement democracy regulations, organize periodic dialogues; care for, represent and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
