On September 21, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Truong Vinh ward had just organized a working session, propaganda, and mobilization for leaders and employees of Song Hong Eco Education Joint Stock Company to establish a grassroots Trade Union at the enterprise.
At the working session, the Trade Union of Truong Vinh ward exchanged with business leaders about the role and functions of the Trade Union organization; the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees when participating in the Trade Union; the responsibility of grassroots Trade Unions in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and employees.
The exchange contents focused on dialogue activities at the workplace, protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, caring for life, organizing cultural and sports activities, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
Through exchanges, leaders of Song Hong Eco Education Joint Stock Company and Truong Vinh Ward Trade Union agreed on the policy of establishing a grassroots Trade Union at the company in September 2026.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions creates conditions for workers to have representative organizations, participate in trade union activities, and at the same time access programs to care for, support and protect legitimate and lawful rights and interests.
