Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation coordinates with the Steering Committee for establishing grassroots trade unions to organize the Congress to establish the grassroots trade union of Kim Phong Quang Minh Vietnam Joint Stock Company.
Attending the congress were Mr. Nguyen Trong Danh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Tay Ninh province, along with representatives of business leaders and all trade union members.
Kim Phong Quang Minh Vietnam Joint Stock Company is a 100% domestically invested enterprise, operating in the field of producing metal products, located in Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, Trang Bang ward, Tay Ninh province, currently has 56 employees.
Clearly recognizing the role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, and at the same time contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises, the Steering Committee for the establishment of grassroots Trade Unions has promoted propaganda and dissemination of the Trade Union Law, the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and mobilized workers to voluntarily join the organization.
To date, all 56 employees of the company have voluntarily written applications to join the Vietnam Trade Union. The union members all agreed on the necessity of establishing grassroots trade unions and agreed to organize congresses in accordance with the regulations of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.
At the congress, delegates announced the decision to admit union members and the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Kim Phong Quang Minh Vietnam Joint Stock Company. The congress also announced the results of the first Executive Committee Conference.
Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union elected Ms. Le Thi Hong Nhung to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union.
