At Ham Kiem 1 Industrial Park, Ham Kiem Commune Trade Union organized the announcement of the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Xin Cheng Fa Co., Ltd. and appointed the Executive Committee.
Mr. Le Hoang Phuc was appointed as Chairman of the Provisional Grassroots Trade Union. Ham Kiem Commune Trade Union proposed that the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union coordinate with businesses to well implement regimes and policies for employees.

The grassroots trade union has 12 union members admitted. Ms. Huynh Thi Hong Oanh presented the decision to establish and congratulated the new grassroots trade union.
