Elite Technology Development Co., Ltd. started operating from November 2025, currently has 10 employees. After a process of propaganda, mobilization and introduction about the role and functions of the trade union organization, all 10 employees working at the enterprise voluntarily applied to join the Vietnam Trade Union.
The Steering Committee for establishing grassroots trade unions said that the establishment of trade union organizations at enterprises aims to represent, care for, and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; and at the same time contribute to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
At the congress, union members unanimously announced the establishment of the Grassroots Trade Union of Elite Technology Development Co., Ltd. with 10 initial union members. The mobilization committee also proposed that the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation recognize the grassroots trade union and continue to support the unit in the process of implementing activities in the coming time.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Trong Danh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Provincial Industrial Zones Trade Union - congratulated the collective of workers and businesses for completing the procedures for establishing grassroots trade unions according to regulations. At the same time, leaders of higher-level trade unions expect the newly established trade union organization to promote its role as a bridge between workers and businesses, contributing to building a stable and sustainable working environment.
The Congress also elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for the 2026-2030 term, consisting of 3 members. As a result, Ms. Phan Thi Bao Van was trusted to be elected as Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union; Mr. Ngo Minh Tuan was elected to be in charge of inspection work.
The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Elite Technology Development Co., Ltd. continues to improve the rate of union member gathering, develop trade union organizations in the business sector, contributing to strengthening the work of representing, caring for and protecting the rights of workers in Tay Ninh province.
