The Vietnam Health Union has just launched a patriotic emulation movement among officials, union members, and workers in the health sector in 2026.
Accordingly, the theme of the emulation movement is: Union members and workers emulation Innovation - Promoting digital transformation - Improving productivity and efficiency; bringing the resolutions of the Party, the Fatherland Front and the Vietnam Trade Union into life.
The emulation movement focuses on the following contents: Emulation to propagate and thoroughly grasp Ho Chi Minh's ideology about the patriotic emulation movement; emulation to study, thoroughly grasp, concretize and effectively organize the implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party; the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the term 2026 - 2031 and the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress; strongly promote the role, responsibility, wisdom and bravery of union members and workers in the health sector, contributing to realizing the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country.
In addition, emulation to respond and effectively implement major emulation movements launched by the Party, State and Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, focusing on the movement "The whole country emulations for innovation, digital transformation", "Digital literacy for all", "Promoting the development of synchronous and modern infrastructure, practicing thrift, combating wastefulness", associated with the traditional movements of the Trade Union organization: "Good workers, Creative workers"; "Good at state affairs, good at housework"; "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring labor safety and hygiene"; "Innovation, creativity, efficiency in the operation of the Trade Union organization".
Focus on launching and drastically and effectively implementing the "Digital Initiative" Program among union members and workers" in 2026. Effectively implementing the Movement "Innovation and breakthrough in the work of caring for, protecting and improving the health of the whole people, towards the satisfaction and trust of the people"; "The Vietnam Health Union accompanies for the health of union members and workers" has been assigned targets in the Resolution of the 15th Vietnam Health Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
Emulation in studying to improve professional qualifications, nghiep vu, and professional skills; promoting initiatives, creativity, technical innovation, and innovation of working processes; promoting the application of science, technology, and digital transformation in professional and management activities; building a contingent of officials and employees of the health sector with qualifications, bravery, discipline, and responsibility, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
Emulation in developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions; building a team of trade union officials at all levels with enthusiasm, responsibility, bravery, innovating thinking and working methods; being deeply involved at the grassroots level, listening to union members; proactive and creative in advising, organizing and effectively implementing emulation movements at the unit; building a digital ecosystem to serve union members, digital transformation in trade union activities; imbued with the spirit: "Workers are the subjects; Practical efficiency is the center; Transformation at the grassroots level is a measure; Spreading and replicating models is an evaluation criterion" so that each trade union official is truly a reliable fulcrum for union members and workers.
Strongly emulate and innovate trade union activities; improve the quality of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; actively participate in collective dialogue and negotiation; mobilize resources to care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers, especially during the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year, with the motto "All union members and workers have Tet" with the spirit of "Compassionate, cheerful, excited, safe, economical".
The emulation movement is organized in 2 phases: Phase 1 (from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026); phase 2 (from July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026).
