Official dispatch 2529/SNV-SBN in 2025 stipulates the guidance on a number of contents of implementing policies and regimes according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree 67/2025/ND-CP for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in implementing the organizational arrangement of the political system.
Pursuant to sub-section 3, Section III of Official Dispatch 2529/SNV-SBN, which stipulates the deadline for receiving documents for settling early retirement and severance pay policies:
The settlement of the policy on early retirement and termination of employment is carried out periodically monthly as follows:
Before the 1st of each month, agencies, organizations and units shall send a list, budget estimates and documents to the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Finance for cases eligible for early retirement or termination of employment at the time of the 1st of the following month.
For example, the settlement dossier for cases of retirement from July 1, 2025 will be sent to the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Finance before June 1, 2025.
Thus, the settlement of the policy on early retirement and termination of employment is carried out periodically every month.
