"The leading group is still trade and services. Along with that are related fields such as wholesale, retail, e-commerce and logistics. These are industry groups with very strong recruitment power in the coming time," Mr. Thanh commented.
In addition, Mr. Thanh also pointed out other groups of industries with high human resource needs, including construction, thanks to the strong promotion of public investment; processing - manufacturing industry; healthcare, health care; finance. In particular, the tourism sector, associated with accommodation, food and beverage services and travel, will continue to have a huge demand for recruitment and employment of labor.
A clear demonstration of this trend is the recruitment demand of businesses in the F&B industry. Mr. Pham Manh Quan, Jollibee Vietnam Recruitment Supervisor for the Northern region, said that the unit is in need of adding a large number of personnel.
We are recruiting about 100-200 part-time employees for stores in Hanoi and the Northern region. The requirements are not too high, only for those aged 16 and over. For the management-level personnel such as store leaders, we need about 20-30 people. If they do not have experience, the company is ready to train them, Mr. Quan shared.
The great demand comes not only from unskilled labor positions but also from positions that require expertise. Enterprises in the construction and technology sectors are continuously looking for qualified engineers and sales staff to meet the progress of projects at the end of the year.
