According to the report of the Department of Home Affairs of Tay Ninh province, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026, the whole province has 429 enterprises planning to give Tet bonuses to nearly 197 thousand employees, with an average bonus of more than 7.5 million VND/person; the highest is up to 600 million VND/person.
Accordingly, by December 23, 2025, the whole Tay Ninh province has 486 operating enterprises sending reports on labor and salary situation, with a total of 213,371 employees.
The synthesis shows that enterprises in the area all pay salaries equal to or higher than the regional minimum wage according to State regulations, contributing to ensuring the lives of workers.

The average salary income of employees in 2025 will reach 11.05 million VND/person/month. Of which, state-owned enterprises with 100% state capital have the highest average salary, reaching 15.75 million VND/person/month; enterprises with controlling shares and capital contributions from the State reaching 9.67 million VND/person/month; private enterprises reaching 9.53 million VND/person/month; FDI enterprises reaching 9.25 million VND/person/month. Notably, the highest salary of the year was recorded at FDI enterprises, up to 431.76 million VND/person/month.
For the 2026 Lunar New Year bonus, 176 enterprises plan to reward 40,266 employees, with an average bonus of VND 2.26 million/person; the highest bonus is VND 80 million/person and the lowest is VND 0.1 million/person.
In particular, Binh Ngo Lunar New Year bonus in 2026 is expected to be awarded to 196,524 employees by 429 enterprises. The average bonus is 7.53 million VND/person; the highest bonus is 600 million VND/person and the lowest is 0.1 million VND/person.
