The enterprise with the highest Tet bonus of 51.2 million VND for 2025 belongs to a foreign-invested enterprise. The lowest bonus of only 500,000 VND also belongs to a foreign-invested enterprise operating in the seafood sector.
In the group of LLCs with 100% charter capital held by the State, the highest bonus is 27 million VND; the lowest bonus is 3.6 million VND; in the group of joint stock companies with State capital contribution, the highest bonus is 12 million VND; the lowest is 2 million VND. In the group of private enterprises, the highest bonus is 50 million VND, the lowest is 0.5 million VND.
Enterprises also announced the 2025 New Year bonus levels. In turn, the highest bonus for a 100% state-owned LLC is 15 million VND; the highest bonus for a joint stock company with state capital is 12 million VND and the lowest is 2 million VND; the highest bonus for a private enterprise is 15 million VND and the lowest is 100,000 VND; the highest bonus for a foreign-invested enterprise is 49.7 million VND and the lowest bonus is 3.6 million VND.
