Clause 1 and Clause 2, Article 24, Clause 1, Article 21 of the 2019 Labor Code stipulate probation and the main contents of the probation contract as follows:
1. The employer and employee may agree on the probationary period stated in the labor contract or agree on the probationary period by entering into a probationary contract.
2. The main contents of the probationary contract include the probationary period and the following contents:
- Name and address of the employer and full name and title of the person signing the labor contract on the employer's side;
- Full name, date of birth, gender, place of residence, ID card number, or passport number of the person signing the labor contract on the employee's side;
- Job and work location;
- Salary according to job or position, form of salary payment, salary payment period, salary allowance and other supplements;
- Working hours, rest hours;
- Provide labor protection equipment for workers;
Based on the above regulations, Tet bonus is an amount of money that is not required to be paid to employees during the probationary period. Tet bonus regime for employees during the probationary period will depend on the company's rules and regulations and will be decided by the employer.
