Of which, 9 single-member LLCs with 100% charter capital held by the State, 15 companies with shares and capital contributions controlled by the State, 215 private enterprises and 5 enterprises with foreign direct investment (FDI).
The expected Lunar New Year bonus for LLCs with 100% charter capital held by the State is 40 million VND/person at the highest level, 6.89 million VND/person at the average level, and 500,000 VND/person at the lowest level.
For companies with shares and capital contributions dominated by the State, the highest bonus is 85.8 million VND/person; the average is 9.62 million VND/person, the lowest is 300,000 VND/person.
In the private enterprise sector, the highest bonus is 100 million VND/person, the average is 5.99 million VND/person, the lowest is 500,000 VND/person.
As for foreign-invested enterprises, the highest bonus is 70 million VND/person; the average is 5.93 million VND/person, the lowest is 1 million VND/person.
In addition, some businesses plan to pay bonuses to employees on the occasion of New Year 2025 with an average bonus of 2.3 million VND/person, the highest is 75 million VND/person, the lowest is 200,000 VND/person.
The average bonus that businesses plan to give employees for the Lunar New Year 2025 is 7.1 million VND/person (higher than the Lunar New Year 2024).
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin in 2024 in Lao Cai, the highest bonus given by enterprises is 100 million VND, the lowest is 500,000 VND/person. The average bonus given by enterprises to employees on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin is 6.9 million VND/person.
