In particular, regulations on receiving, processing, storing information and data of the labor market information system are based on Article 19.
Article 19. Receiving and processing, storing information and data
1. The Ministry of Home Affairs receives information and data from ministries, branches and provincial People's Committees as prescribed in Clauses 1 and 2, Article 18 of this Decree; receives information and data on workers from ministries and branches as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 8 of this Decree.
2. The Ministry of Home Affairs is responsible for processing information and data before being integrated and stored in the labor market information system. The content of information and data processing includes:
a) Check and evaluate compliance with regulations and procedures in collecting information and data;
b) Check and evaluate the legal basis and reliability of information and data;
c) Synthesize, arrange, and classify information and data in accordance with the prescribed content.
3. In case of editing information and data on the labor market information system, based on documents or direct requests from agencies and organizations requesting to be edited shared and provided information and data, the labor and employment management agency is responsible for coordinating inspection, review, editing, updating, and supplementation to ensure the suitability, completeness, and accuracy of information and data.
4. For information and data updated from specialized databases, the specialized database management agency is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information and data.
5. Information and labor market data must be digitized, stored and conserved in accordance with the provisions of law on storage and specialized regulations to ensure safety and convenience in the management, exploitation and use of information.
6. Agencies and units assigned to manage information systems must have a plan to digitize information that is not in digital form; there must be management, professional and technical measures for information systems to ensure the safety of information and digital data on the labor market.
