In which, regulations on sharing and providing information and labor data are based on Article 18.
Article 18. Sharing, providing information and data
1. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies and sectors are responsible for providing the following information:
a) The Ministry of Finance shares and provides information and data on business registration; attracts foreign investment capital to Vietnam; registers for investment; the situation of workers participating in social insurance and unemployment insurance;
b) The Ministry of Education and Training provides information on the status and number of students in vocational education and higher education institutions;
c) The Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, the Ministry of Education and Training share and provide information and data on development plans and labor needs;
d) Central statistics agency shares and provides information and data on the labor market from surveys and statistics on population, labor - employment, living standards of residents, enterprises, and production and business establishments;
d) The National Data Center shares and provides information and data related to the labor market from databases under its management and storage at the National Data Center.
2. The provincial People's Committee is responsible for sharing and providing labor market information under the management of the locality and fully implementing reporting regimes related to labor market information according to the provisions of current legal documents.
3. The Ministry of Home Affairs has a document requesting or other form to ensure confirmation of the request for information and data related to labor market information, clearly stating the type of information and data; level of detail, volume of information and data; frequency of access to information and data; method of information and data provision; duration of information and data provision.
