The whole Group does not allow type I incidents to occur

That result shows that from the Group to the units, there have been many efforts to implement occupational safety and health work, resolutely directing through many measures from propaganda and training, especially strengthening thematic and surprise inspections, detecting violations and risks to guide, taking measures to prevent accidents and incidents close to reality and achieving efficiency.
Not chasing output but cutting down on processes
In the last months of the year, the Group has set out 8 key tasks and 7 measures on occupational safety and health for each production sector, striving to reduce occupational accidents and serious incidents in both the number of cases and the number of victims compared to 2024.
According to Mr. Vu Thanh Lam - Member of the Board of Directors of TKV Group, from 8 key tasks and 7 measures on occupational safety and health, units need to have specific practical measures for each production sector; promoting the spirit of direction from the Party Committee, Board of Directors, and Executive Board to units, ensuring safety for workers is the responsibility of the head of the unit. The construction site and workshop levels in the production shift diary need to clearly state the risks and preventive measures to reach the workers.
General Director of TKV Group Vu Anh Tuan suggested that the entire Group continue to maintain at a high level the work of occupational safety and health, promoting the strength of the entire political system and the responsibility of the head in occupational safety and health. Especially in the third quarter and the last 6 months of the year, there is a forecast of heavy rain, extreme weather, high production, high risk. Therefore, the whole Group continues to maintain a high level of occupational safety and health.
Mr. Vu Anh Tuan emphasized that the Safety Committee needs to continue to strengthen inspection, assessment, identification, and take preventive measures, instruct units to perform well occupational safety and health work; strictly comply with basic techniques, not chase after products but reduce production processes and safety measures; strengthen education, training, raise awareness and consciousness of leaders, production commanders, and workers for occupational safety and health; raise awareness of safety autonomy, protect yourself, protect teammates; replicate good and effective practices in occupational safety and health; strictly handle violations, reward collectives and individuals who do a good job of occupational safety and health.
