Organized 17 policy and legal dissemination sessions for 4,085 union members

From 2023-2025, the Trade Union of the Security Industry Department (H08), Ministry of Public Security organized 17 propaganda sessions on policies and laws for 4,085 union members.

Mr. Tran Xuan Lam - Head of the Department H08 Trade Union Board said that the total number of union members of Department H08 is 2,348 union members, operating at 7 grassroots unions.

In the 2023-2025 period, the work of propagating, mobilizing, and educating union members and workers (Union members, Laborers) about the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's and the Industry's laws and policies, and the Resolution on trade union work, are focused on by the H08 Department Union.

Accordingly, trade unions at all levels in Department H08 always identify ideological work as a key task, persistently innovating propaganda methods in a close, appropriate, and practical direction according to the specific characteristics of union members and employees at the unit, so that employees can easily access and learn about union information to disseminate, deploy, and attract a large number of union members and employees to participate. Synchronously deploy propaganda work on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies and regulations and the industry's regulations; commemorate major holidays (95 years of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union, 70 years of the Dien Bien Phu Victory, 80 years of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, 80 years of the Traditional Day of the People's Public Security (CAND); new policies and laws related to workers and peak care periods...

From 2023 to October 2025, the Trade Unions at all levels of Department H08 have organized 17 propaganda sessions to disseminate the State's policies and laws, Directives and Resolutions of the Party, the sector, and the superior Trade Unions to 4,085 union members and workers at grassroots units.

The Standing Committee of the Department's Trade Union always promptly updates, promulgates and disseminates documents directly related to employees at enterprises: Issue Action Program No. 14/CTr-CDH08 dated April 17, 2024 to implement action programs to implement Resolution No. 13-CTr-CDH08 of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Resolution of the 6th Congress of the CAND Trade Union, Resolution of the 2nd Congress of the Department's Trade Union and Resolution of the grassroots Trade Union Congress, term 2023 - 2028; issue instructions to grassroots trade unions to continue implementing Plan No. 389-KH/DUH08 dated May 13, 2022 of the Party Committee of the Department H08 on implementing Action Program No. 11/CTr-DUCAX03) dated January 4, 2022 of the Party Committee of the Philippines to implement Resolution No. 02-NQT dated June 12, 2021 of the Ministry of Prime Minister on the new situation and activities of the Vietnam Trade Union...
