This is the Congress chosen by the Provincial Federation of Labor as a point of meeting for grassroots unions to attend, learn and learn from experience in organizing the new term Congress.
Attending and directing the Congress were Mr. Nguyen Hoai Thanh - Vice President of Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, along with representatives of the Trade Union Working Committee, Industrial Park Trade Union Committee, and the Company's Board of Directors. The Congress summoned 80 official delegates, representing more than 2,285 union members in the entire company.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress called on union members to promote a sense of responsibility, focus their intelligence, contribute many opinions to the draft document, and at the same time elect a new Executive Committee and elect delegates to the 1st Tay Ninh Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The Congress elected an Executive Committee of 7 members, of which Mr. Pham Van Lo was re-elected as Chairman of the Trade Union of Billion Industrial Vietnam Co., Ltd. for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation praised the results that the Trade Union of Billion Industrial Vietnam Co., Ltd. has achieved in the past term. At the same time, it is recommended that the Executive Committee of the new term continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; pay better attention to the material and spiritual life of workers; proactively coordinate with enterprises in building a safe and friendly working environment, contributing to the successful implementation of the development goals of the company and the trade union organization.
