Topic 2: "Regarding the amendment of the Constitution and the Law; the direction of election of the National Assembly deputies XVI and the People's Council deputies at all levels for the term 2026 - 2031" by the Politburo Member, Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man.
Topic 3: “Regarding continuing to organize the organizational structure of streamlined, performance, effectiveness and efficiency; amendment and supplementation of regulations on the implementation of the Party Charter; the Directive amending Directive No. 35-CT/TW, June 14, 2024 and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW, January 18, 2025 of the XIII Politburo on the Party Congress at all levels of the Party Committee of the Party Committee, the Party Committee of the Party Central Committee, the Party Committee of the Party Central Committee, the Party Committee of the Party Central Committee Hung communicates.
