According to Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Thai Thu Xuong, the festival is organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to honor the value of creative labor of union members and workers - those who contribute to creating endogenous strength for the national economy through effective initiatives and solutions.
arouse and spread the spirit of innovation and creativity in labor and production; promote the movement "Good workers - Creative workers" associated with digital transformation, green transformation and developing a high-quality workforce in the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.
Create an open creative space, connect creative workers with businesses, managers, and policymakers to contribute to spreading the value of innovation for a strong and prosperous developed Vietnam.
Through organizing the "2025 Creative Labor Festival" at the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor level to affirm the role of the Vietnam Trade Union in discovering, nurturing, connecting and promoting the formation of a creative culture for each union member, employee, field, and profession, in response to the movement "The whole country competes for innovation and digital transformation" launched by the Prime Minister.
The festival is expected to take place on August 21, at the Vietnam - Vietnam Friendship Labor Cultural Palace, No. 91 Tran Hung Dao, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi City.
The Festival will have an exhibition "Creative Journey - Aspiration to Rise Up" (from 7:45 - 8:45). The exhibition will display typical creative products of union members and workers nationwide according to themes and topics (expected to organize 80 booths - corresponding to the number of anniversaries of the 80th August Revolution and National Day on September 2); Forum "Creative Labor - Development Driving Force" (from 9:00 am to 11:00 am); awarding the "Enterprise for Workers" award (from 20:00 to 21:30 am)...
