Towards the anniversary of the successful August Revolution, National Day September 2nd and Capital Liberation Day (October 10th), and in response to the emulation movement to achieve the Government's double-digit growth target, with the spirit of "Good Labor - High Productivity - Good Income", the Executive Board, Trade Union and Youth Union of Hanoi Transport Corporation launched a peak emulation period throughout the Corporation.
The emulation period aims to create a vibrant emulation atmosphere among all officials and employees, concretize the implementation of work programs and specialized resolutions of the Party Committee of the Corporation; promote the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, innovation, creativity, contributing to successfully completing political tasks and the production and business plan for 2026, towards the goal of double-digit growth.
Through the emulation movement, Transerco continues to improve management quality, production and business efficiency and service quality in all areas of operation; promote digital transformation, green transformation, application of science and technology, development of new products and services and effective exploitation of resources to improve competitiveness.
The emulation campaign also aims to build a team of professional, disciplined, responsible, and dedicated officials and employees; continue to build Transerco culture, improve customer service quality, build the image of Transerco and Hanoibus brands to be increasingly civilized and friendly; and at the same time strengthen awareness of law compliance, labor discipline, ensuring traffic safety and order, security, labor safety, and fire and explosion prevention at units.
The movement is implemented from August 15, 2026 to the end of September 30, 2026 to all officials, employees, and laborers at the Corporation's Office block, affiliated units and subsidiaries operating in the fields of transport infrastructure, public passenger transport, trade - services and other production and business fields.
The highlight of the emulation period is the organization of emulation scoring between units on criteria of transport operation, service quality, recruitment and human resource development, technical management, traffic safety and labor discipline; at the same time, organizing the Transerco Bus Service Culture Building Contest 2026 and evaluating and honoring the titles "Golden Steering Wheel 2026", "Exemplary Service Staff 2026" and "Excellent Repairer 2026".
The peak emulation period is a traditional activity maintained annually by Hanoi Transport Corporation, which is of practical significance, contributing to arousing the spirit of responsibility, determination and aspiration to contribute of each Transerco official, employee, and worker; creating strong motivation for the entire Corporation to excellently complete the tasks of 2026, build Transerco to develop sustainably, friendly and civilized, and continue to affirm its position as the key public passenger transport enterprise of the Capital.
