Hanoi - Transerco and MobiFone Hanoi sign memorandum of understanding on cooperation to promote digital transformation and improve passenger service quality.

On May 28, Hanoi Transport Corporation (Transerco) held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation with MobiFone Hanoi City, marking a new step in the cooperative relationship between the two units, aiming to promote the strengths of each side, promote technology application and improve service quality to serve the people of the Capital.

In the context of strong digital transformation taking place in all fields of socio-economic life, the application of technology in management, administration and production and business has become an inevitable requirement for businesses.

For Transerco - the city's key enterprise in the field of public passenger transport by bus and static traffic infrastructure management - this is an important solution to improve management efficiency, optimize operations, develop passenger service utilities and gradually build a modern and synchronous service ecosystem.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam - Chairman of the Member Council of Transerco emphasized that the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation is an important start, showing the determination to innovate and promote digital transformation of the Corporation in the current period. Mr. Nam expressed his belief that, with the capacity, experience and prestige of the two units, Transerco and MobiFone Hanoi will build a sustainable cooperative relationship, effectively implement the agreed contents, contributing to the implementation of the development goals of each unit as well as the general development requirements of the city.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam also suggested that immediately after the signing ceremony, the two sides should urgently develop specific implementation plans, clearly assign responsibilities to relevant units and departments; and at the same time regularly evaluate and review implementation results to ensure that cooperation contents are implemented practically, effectively and sustainably.

Representative of MobiFone, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong - Deputy General Director of MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation highly appreciated the significance of the cooperation program, and emphasized the importance of organizing synchronous and specific implementation of the signed contents. According to him, this will be an important basis for evaluating the effectiveness of cooperation and the quality of solutions and services to be implemented in the coming time.

Also at the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Minh Thang - Deputy Director in charge of MobiFone Hanoi City expressed his honor to accompany Transerco in the fields of telecommunications infrastructure, data transmission, digital transformation solutions, artificial intelligence (AI), wifi on public transport and other technology services.

Mr. Thang affirmed that MobiFone Hanoi will closely coordinate with Transerco to improve the quality of public transport, increase convenience for people and contribute to building a civilized and modern public transport image of the Capital.
