At Vina Industrial Co., Ltd. (Viet Tien Industrial Cluster, Tu Lan ward, Bac Ninh), the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation organized a support ceremony for the relatives of Mr. Su En (born in 1987), Chinese nationality, a mechanical and electrical technician, a company union member who died in a workplace accident.
It is known that on March 27, 2026, Mr. Su En had abnormal health signs while working at the company and was taken to the emergency room.
The forensic examination concluded that the cause of death was acute myocardial infarction.
On June 22, 2026, the provincial labor accident investigation team concluded that the case of Mr. Su En's death during work was determined to be a labor accident according to the provisions of law.
Sharing the losses of the family, the Provincial Labor Federation has allocated trade union funds to provide 5 million VND in support to the relatives of union member Su En.
At the same time, directing grassroots trade unions to coordinate with businesses to complete dossiers and fully implement regimes and policies on social insurance and occupational accident benefits according to regulations.
On this occasion, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Tu Lan ward also presented 2 million VND to support union member families.
Speaking at the support handover ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that the trade union organization always accompanies, cares for, and protects the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
All cases of union members unfortunately encountering risks or labor accidents are concerned by trade union levels, promptly encouraged and supported both materially and spiritually, contributing to helping families overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives soon.
He also proposed that grassroots trade unions continue to closely coordinate with businesses to pay more attention to occupational safety and health; regularly propagate and raise awareness of workers and employers about risk prevention, building a safe, stable and sustainable working environment.
