The working delegation of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation led by Mr. Thach Van Chung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, had a working session, exchanging experiences on the deployment of grassroots trade union financial management software at the Hanoi City Labor Federation.
Receiving and working with the delegation were Mr. Nguyen Van Thang - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Hanoi City Labor Federation; Le Dinh Hung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Standing Vice Chairman of the Hanoi City Labor Federation and leaders of professional departments of the Hanoi City Labor Federation.
Participating in the working delegation of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation were Mr. Ngo Duc Kien - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, Head of the Finance Department; Mr. Nguyen Hong Diep - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee and officials of the Finance Department.
At the working session, the two units focused on exchanging and sharing experiences on building, deploying and operating financial management software for grassroots trade unions; management of union fees, trade union funds and debts at grassroots trade unions; connecting, summarizing, and exploiting financial data from grassroots trade unions to higher-level trade unions;
At the same time, exchange difficulties, obstacles and solutions in the implementation process.
In particular, the working delegation of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation spent a lot of time learning about the software model for monitoring trade union dues, managing debts and summarizing trade union financial data that is being effectively implemented by the Hanoi City Labor Federation.
Through practical exchanges, the software has contributed to digitizing trade union financial management, improving accuracy and transparency in monitoring revenue sources, debt management and data reporting.
Delegates assessed that this is a model with many advantages, carrying practical significance in the context of promoting digital transformation today.
The application of software not only helps improve the efficiency of trade union financial management but also significantly reduces the volume of manual work, reduces pressure on the team of officials working in trade union financial work at all levels, creating conditions for officials to focus more on advising, managing and serving union members and workers.
Speaking at the working session, leaders of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation respectfully thanked the open and responsible sharing of the Hanoi City Labor Federation. At the same time, they affirmed that practical experiences, especially the experience of building and operating trade union financial management software, will be an important basis for the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation to study, refer to, and gradually improve digital transformation solutions in trade union financial management in the coming time.
The experience exchange session took place in an open and frank atmosphere, contributing to strengthening the relationship of coordination and experience sharing between the Trade Union organizations of the two localities, towards improving the effectiveness of trade union activities in the new situation.
