On June 23, within the framework of activities to respond to Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) and the Ca Mau Provincial VGCL organized visits, encouragement and gifts for union members and workers in difficult circumstances working at Minh Phu Khanh An Seafood Processing Co., Ltd.
Attending the program were Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Mr. Ly Cong Bac - Chairman of the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation, along with leaders of Labor Federations under the Southern Emulation Cluster, the Northern Emulation Cluster, and representatives of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Minh Phu Khanh An Seafood Processing Co., Ltd.

Speaking at the program, Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor visited and shared difficulties in the life and work of union members and workers; and at the same time acknowledged and praised the diligent and responsible working spirit of the team of workers who are day and night contributing to the development of businesses, contributing to promoting local socio-economic development.
The Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour wished union members and workers to continue to promote the tradition of creative labor, raise awareness of complying with regulations on occupational safety and health, build a safe, civilized, and efficient working environment; contributing to the sustainable development of businesses in the new period.
On this occasion, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour presented 30 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances working at Minh Phu Khanh An Seafood Processing Co., Ltd., each worth 1 million VND in cash, with a total budget of 30 million VND. The gifts, although not large, are a practical source of encouragement, showing the feelings, responsibility and companionship of the Trade Union organization towards union members and workers.

After the gift-giving program, the working delegation directly visited the collective dining hall, learned about living conditions and the quality of lunch meals for workers; and visited the production line, grasped the production and business situation of the enterprise.
